At Manor Court Veterinary Centre we have extensive knowledge of avian medicine from large commercial flocks to racing pigeons, game birds and backyard poultry. Poultry consultations are provided by Richard Nolan, the Manor Court small animal vet, or alternatively, our colleagues from Poultry Health Services, who are based at the practice.
We offer pigeon fanciers a full range of diagnostic services at our practice in Cheshire. Based at our veterinary centre in Tarvin, we carry out consultations and laboratory examination of submitted samples brought into the practice or sent by post/courier.
We offer scheduled consultations for full history gathering, bird examination and where necessary can perform Trichomonas swabbing, blood sampling and faecal sample examination. Visits can also be arranged for in-depth consultations, diagnosis and routine annual health planning during rest season.
All work carried out is fully explained and priced prior to the start of work, so please contact us on 01829 740216 for further information.

Backyard & Pet Poultry
Consultations & first-line treatment available to all pet poultry species. These services are similar to those for other pet animals, but we also have access to poultry-only vets from Poultry Health Services (PHS), who can provide additional advice & support where necessary.
Please contact our practice at Tarvin on 01829 740216 to arrange an appointment. Please note that all consultations must take place between 3-5.30pm and should be made as far in advance as possible, as the PHS vets visit commercial poultry sites during the day.
