    Dr Richard Nolan

    Veterinary Surgeon

    BVSc MRCVS

    After graduating from Bristol in 1985, Richard worked for a year in Somerset where, in addition to normal cattle work, he had the opportunity to treat some of the animals at Longleat Safari Park. After a year in Lancashire, Richard settled into Tarvin where he has been ever since. During that time he has treated all species but in recent years become increasingly focussed on family pets, and is also experienced in the care and treatment of pigeons and backyard poultry

    Sam Hopley-Davies

    Veterinary SurgeonAnimal Nursing Assistant

    Sam, our Veterinary Nursing Assistant joined us as a school leaver and has been with us ever since. During that time she has successfully completed both an Animal Care and Veterinary Nursing Assistant course at Reaseheath College and has qualified as an SQP in companion animal at Harper Adams College. At home, Sam has a pampered farm cat called Agnes.

    Jan Stocker

    Receptionist and Accounts

    Jan joined us in 2018 after many years of being employed in the charity sector. Over the years she and her husband have adopted a number of rescue animals and they currently have two dogs, Lily and Belle.

    Jan has travelled extensively and has an interest in meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. She enjoys reading, creative writing and maintains her links with the local charity network on a voluntary basis.

    Caryn Dacey

    Receptionist

    Competent Vet Dispenser and Bronze BVRA Customer Service Award

    Caryn joined us in 2020 after previously working for 3 years as Head Receptionist at Beech House Vets an Animal Hospital in Warrington that is also within the Willows Group.

    Caryn has a cheeky Cocker Spaniel called Freddie and loves nothing more than taking him out for his daily walks.

    Caryn enjoys walking, reading and travel and loves wildlife so her dream holiday would be to go on Safari to see Africa’s wildlife up close in their natural environment.

    Receptionist

    Sharon joined us in 2018. She has a crazy cat named Herbie.

    Sharon enjoys the outdoors, walking and horse riding.

    She has travelled to various parts of the world whilst working on the cruise ships.
